This transition brings the platform back to the original team involved in the creation of both PrimeTime and TreeRing Time. Because PrimeTime and TreeRing Time share the same core product foundation, you will continue to enjoy the features and functionality you rely on today.

Most importantly, your service and support will continue uninterrupted.

As part of this transition, you will benefit from:

Your current clocking methods and workflows will remain unchanged, including:

  • eTimeClock web browser access
  • Mobile applications
  • Time kiosks
  • Existing hardware devices such as Ultima and PT-2260 clocks

Over time, the PrimeTime branding will transition to TreeRing Time, while maintaining continuity in your day-to-day operations and user experience.

In addition, future billing will transition to TreeRing Workforce Solutions, and our teams will provide clear communication and guidance throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition.

This decision was made with our clients’ long-term success in mind. By joining forces with TreeRing, we are positioning the platform for continued growth, stronger support, and ongoing innovation for years to come.
